Elroy Allen has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and has held various jobs ranging from revenue accounting, financial reporting, system design, and enhancements. He has worked in various cities in the US, from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to Denver Colorado and Northern Virginia. He has also worked with other non-profit organizations in a variety of capacities. |

Paul Clarkson – Coordinator of Fundraising
Paul Clarkson, Executive Director of the La Sima Foundation has over 19 years experience in providing substance abuse counseling, treatment and HIV prevention, and direct care service. He began working as an HIV Educator and Outreach worker in October of 1991 at the Ethel Daniels Foundation. In the summer of 1992, Mr. Clarkson was named the Primary Counselor and Project Coordinator of Project Clean Start, an intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program for HIV positive women. He served in this capacity until the fall of 1993, when he moved to the Dallas Urban League (DUL) as Project Coordinator of the UJIMA Project. He served on the UJIMA Project for 3 years before moving on to found the La Sima Foundation in 1995 where he serves as the Executive Director. Mr. Clarkson is active in the community and has served on various state and local substance abuse and HIV coalitions and service committees. |

Michele Allen-Henry - Parliamentarian
Michele Allen-Henry, A native of Rhode Island. Obtained degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Business Management from Gateway Technical Institute and Parkside University. Relocated to Dallas, Texas in 1986 and pursued a career in sales. Worked retail sales for 14 years. Presently in management at the World Trade Center in Dallas, Texas and is an independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. |

Bishop Donald L. Hayes Bishop Donald L. Hayes is a native of Mullins, South Carolina, Joined the United States Air Force in 1971. Called into the Ministry and licensed in September 1976, Ordained as an Elder in March 1978. Founder and Pastor of Gospel Inspirational Fellowship at RAF Upper Heyford, England in 1978. Pastored Union Bethel Community Church, Great Falls, Montana. Served as the Assistant Pastor of the Gospel Services at Osan, Korea in 1984. Served as Associate Elder to Lake Como and Heavenly Gospel Church of God in Christ from 1985 until 1988. Appointed Pastor of the Gospel Services in 1987 at Carswell AFB, Texas and officially charted that work in 1989 naming it the “Gospel Inspirational Fellowship, Incorporated.” Retired from the United States Air Fo rce after 20 years of faithful service in 1991. Appointed Head Chaplain of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Chaplaincy in 1997. Executive Staff Secretary in 2002 for the International Association of Aviation Chaplaincy organization. Bishop and Overseer of the G.I.F.T. Church, Fort Worth, Texas, Grace Christian Fellowship, United Kingdom, England and working with several churches in Botswana, Africa. O fficially Consecrated into the sacred office of Bishop in October 2003, in Fort Worth, Texas Doctors of Divinity Degree, (Honorary), Grace Valley Theological Seminary, Edinburg, Texas (2003). Adrian Wells Hickman - Director Of Strategic Planning
Adrian Wells Hickman, a native of Dallas, Texas, graduated for the University of Houston with a B. A. in Sociology. A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She worked for the City of Houston in the Mayor’s office as his Operations Manager and office liaison for the Citizen’s Action Center. After leaving city government Adrian has worked in various capacities with major Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox, EDS, CitiGroup, and General Electric Corporation. Her leadership professional experience and training in project management, human resources, and operations offer a variety of key essential functions in strategic planning. Adrian’s volunteerism affiliations include Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, Positive Choice (Teen Abstinence Program), and Saturday Academy for Youth. |
